[topicmapmail] CXTM Specification and Call For Implementation

Hi all,

I have just posted the Committee Draft of ISO 13250-4, Topic Maps -
Canonicalization (known to its friends as CXTM) to the isotopicmaps.org
site [1].

As well as welcoming review and comments, this is a call for
implmentation. I would be very interested to hear comments and
suggestions from implementation experience, and it is also a goal of the
WG3 committee to be able to do an interoperability demonstration at XML
Europe in Spring 2004. 

As an incentive, I offer the princely prize of a beer (or two) to each
implementer by the deadline of the start of the XML Europe conference
next year. Extra beer may also be offered to those who discover bugs in
the spec ;-)
