A few more "published" topic maps to throw into the pot:

http://www.techquila.com/topicmaps/tmworld/ - a not-so-up-to-date topic
map of things topic map related.

http://www.techquila.com/topicmaps/xmlschema/ - a topic map of the XML
Schema standard, mostly harvested from the standard documents themselves

http://tm4j.org/ - documentation of the TM4J project (more exciting
stuff is in the works for this site)
