Tolog is to TMQL as OSL is to TMCL. Both Tolog and OSL is as far as I 
know made by Lars Marius Garshol, an Ontopian which is a frequent 
poster to this list.

OSL (Ontopia Schema Language) is used in OKS and this is as far as I 
know the only implementation of a full contraint language for Topic 
maps:

"Astma!" is another schema language, but I have not seen references to 
any implementations of it:
http://astma.it.bond.edu.au/

Both provide input to the TMCL process.
