On behalf of my fellow editor, Graham Moore, and myself -- and
the whole of the TopicMaps.Org Authoring Group, I would like to
congratulate you on your work and thank you for the effort you
have put into making the XTM 1.0 Specification available to
French-speaking people.

I hope that this will provide a big boost for the adoption of
Topic Maps in France, Belgium, and the rest of the francophone
world.
