PS: If your browser - as I see it in the logs - converts the above URL
    into

      http://astma.it.bond.edu.au/astma?-tutorial-II.dbk

    and that is redirected by the server to

      http://astma.it.bond.edu.au/?-tutorial-II.dbk

    and you see the servers' start page, then I think it is a good time 
    to take your browser vendor, look into his/her eyes, smile and do a
    gentle (?) slap against his (or your) forehead.

    You may also blame me for using special characters in URLs. :-)
