[topicmapmail] .NET code/implementations for topic maps?

Where can I find .NET code or implementations for using topic=
 maps? (C# or
VB.NET or J# or any of the other .NET langs would do...)

After running across topic maps a few months ago, I've spent the=
 last month
reading up on them. I've finally wrapped my hand around them=
 (mostly!), and
think it could be a great solution for the knowledge management=
 challenge I'm
involved in solving for a small non-profit (NGO).

I'm a bit surprised, though, that my extensive Googling hasn't=
 turned up
anything TM-related for C# or VB.NET. Is no one using topic maps=
 with these
languages yet?

While it _might_ be possible to wrap a COM object around some of=
 the Java
projects out there (like TM4J)and use them that way, I see no=
 evidence that
anyone's done this yet...

(Not to mention that we've got no Java experience inhouse and the=
 rest of the
IT system is SQL2K, C#, and ASP.NET based... I'm a bit reluctant=
 to toss Java
into the mix if it can be avoided).

I could also try to port some of the Java or Python stuff to the=

NET-equivalents, but by the time I bother with that, I might as=
 well code my
own set of simple TM objects and a limited tolog-like parser. So=
 I'm thinking.

But before I attack that project, I'd like to know if there's a=
 project
started I just don' t know about yet? Is anyone using topic maps=
 with .NET
yet?

Advice welcome!

PS: Any commercial tools in the 4-5 digit price range are way out=
 of our
budget; open source or free is preferred, but cheap works too.=
 :)
