Dear Guy:
Unfortunately, the EU does not have yet a unified law for the kind of nasty
problemas you are involved in.
You should focus on your national law, which, by the way, has been updated
during the last 3-4 years
in almost all the countries in the EU (towards a stronger punishment for
these kind of cases)
I can't help you about your particular country's law. In my country, Spain,
the law is call
Information-Data protection law. Sure something similar exists in your
country. In Spain you can
ask for advice to a state office ("Information protection agency")
Hope it helps..
good luck
Juan

Guy,
Take a close look at the return address and it is clearly not you, at least
from the return address point of view.
