Hi Guy,
I sometime use a template-based approach for page layout - so I would
create a template with spaces for topics of type RSS feed, topics of
type wiki data etc. So the template is processed to "pull" data from
from a topic on-the-fly by filtering the list of occurrences
appropriately, rather than "pushing" data from the topic to an empty
page.
I guess that this would be doable even with the added wrinkle of
allowing users to modify the template. Of course, this approach works
less well if you have an open set of occurrence types so YMMV depending
on the application in question.
