You can find them on <URL: http://www.tm4j.org > if you go to the
SourceForge project page from that page. Note, however, that TM4J is a
tool for Java developers, and not one for end users, so if you don't
know what the CLASSPATH is you probably won't have much use for it.

If you just want to learn more about topic maps and perhaps write one
or two on your own you're probably better off with one of these tools:
