Congratulations, Holger! I looked at it very quickly and it looks like
good stuff.

(In my Acrobat Reader on Linux figure 21 on page 46 looks broken in
that the arrows don't match the ovals, and some of the text is
missing. You may want to check if it's the PDF or my Acrobat version
that causes this.)
