Hi Pascal,
it seems the "L4 Modeller" is the tool you are looking looking for.
It is a full-featured graphical editor for designing topic maps in an
intuitive
drag&drog environment. It offers all the comfort you expect from a topic map
editor
including support for association templates, undo, multilingual projects
etc.
Its most unique feature might be the concept to model the topic map in
context-specific
graphical views - kind of Rational Rose for TopicMaps (if you're familiar
with UML modelling).
For details please have look at www.moresophy.de (sorry, german only) or
directly download the product flyer in english at
http://www.moresophy.de/download/l4_modeller_english.pdf
BTW: the L4 product suite also includes the L4 NetWorker with different
graphical and textual
views for navigating the topic map as well as the L4 Indexer to support
semi-automatic modelling of topic
maps from a document base (text mining) and automated mapping of ressources
to topics.
Best regards,
Heiko Beier
