Marius,

we have buildt a Topic Map engine that has a web dialog =
(inter-/intranet)
for editors.
No problem with multi-user scenarios.=20

There is a major application of this engine in a research project in =
Germany
(completed end of this week),=20
see my XML Europe presentation at
http://62.231.133.220/idea-eks-nav/xtm/a%20taxi%20in%20knowledge%20land.=
html

There is also a German publication in XML Magazin 02 ("Taxonomie und =
Topic
Maps", article is not on-line).
http://www.xmlmagazin.de/itr/ausgaben/show.php3?id=3D103&nodeid=3D67

About the rest (access rights, workflow etc.) we should talk. Does not =
look
like a big problem.

Best regards
