There is an open-source Java implementaion - TM4J (http://tm4j.org). I do=
n't=20
know how far you would get trying to convert the whole of the TM4J API in=
to=20
RPC over web-services, but I think that create WS for the high-level=20
operations that your application needs might be an interesting way to go.
