I have a MIME types PSI document at

If Topic Maps are to be usefully deployed with automated content 
organisation systems, a machine processable means to identify 
occurrences' MIME type seems to me an important facility.

Naturally I'd like to hear the TM developer communities' comments on the 
Topic Map; I'd hope the work could be done correctly and completed and 
become part of the core PSIs for the standard...
