[topicmapmail] IRC channel logs now available

In case people are interested, the logs from the discussions on the
public #topicmaps IRC channel are now available on the web.
Discussions there range from topic map ideas to standardization
issues, much like on this mailing list, really.

for the actual logs.

Note that the channel is open to everyone. The server is
irc.openprojects.net, and the channel is #topicmaps. For Windows users
the mIRC client is the most commonly used one. Personally, I'm partial
to XChat.
