"Name" vs "label" is contentious enough - let's not throw "title" into the
mix!

I'm sure in the mists of time on the list we've had this discussion -- but
did we ever come to a principled distinction between "name" and "label"?

If there are two people in the room with "my" name, there's a
problem or at least a situation. Not so when there are two things with the
same label (unless the label also bears a name).

Do labels (for example) only apply to classes (sets) of things, and names
both to classes (sets) of things, and individuals? (I'm presuming there
are things in the world that can exist without being elements of sets.)
