So:
1. if we are dealing with only one controlled vocabulary, it's their fault
if it is actually not controlled,
2. if we are dealing with one controlled and one uncontrolled vocabulary,
then mung the name from the uncontrolled one (they won't get angry)
3. if we are dealing with two controlled vocabularies, we are in big trouble
I guess, because they both get angry ;-)
