Ha, I was going to suggest just that ;-)

Is there an 'information management' or 'information organisation' entry ?
I'd then put topic maps over there.

Below 'information architecture' would maybe also make sense.

P.S. I would have thought that the open directory alows an entry to
     appear in several directories...but it doesn't, yes ?
