Hi Ying,
I have occasionally found this problem when using Protege as well. The ea=

way I have found to solve the problem is to open try.pprj in a text edito=
r=20
(it is just a simple text file), look for the reference to the file=20
topicmap.pprj and then change that reference to be a full path name inste=
ad=20
of a relative path name.
