[topicmapmail] ANN: XTM-0.35 Topic Map Perl support

Dear TMers,

After some stress testing of the Perl XTM packages, I'd like to announce
Perl XTM-0.35. The most notable changes in the last releases were:

  - merging support and application-based control on merging
  - considerable speedups in simple TM handling
  - addition of XTMPath, an XPath derivate for navigating/creating data
  - rudimentary support of LTM (needs improvement, though)

The package is available via the CPAN infrastructure or via

   http://search.cpan.org/dist/XTM/

For Debian Linux users, there is a Debian package:

   apt-get install libxtm-perl
