[topicmapmail] modelling synonyms

There are several ways to handle
synonyms: you can either associate
topics if you consider that they
remain different, or you can assign
each topic several basenames (the
solution I would recommend).

Using variant names for that purpose
is not appropriate, since variants have
been designed for various machine
processing (display name on a
given medium, in Braille for example,
or audio, or express a sort key for
the name).
