[topicmapmail] Topic Maps category in Open Directory

Topic Maps resources had been so far very poorly referenced in Open Directory, with not
even a category of their own, and that was too bad for their visibility, given the
widespread use of the Directory by search engines, including Google, Lycos and the like.
So I've decided to do something about it, and have managed to reactivate my old editor
account that was still awaiting after two years of vacation.
I'm now editor of
http://dmoz.org/Computers/Artificial_Intelligence/Knowledge_Representation/
where some topic maps and semantic web resources were stored.

Of course one of my first tasks was to create
http://dmoz.org/Computers/Artificial_Intelligence/Knowledge_Representation/Topic_Maps/

Well, this is maybe a controversial classification, but a bad home is better than no home
at all. If some of you has a better position idea in the huge ODP classification (400 000
categories or so ...) please send suggestions. But don't hope to push it to be a top
category ... 4th level is not that bad compared to some:

http://dmoz.org/Reference/Libraries/Library_and_Information_Science/Technical_Services/Cat
aloguing/Metadata/Resource_Description_Framework_-_RDF/

I've started to list some basic URLs so far. Feel free to submit more. But an issue is
that topic maps resources - and singularly vendors - are already spread out in some other
categories, like

http://dmoz.org/Reference/Knowledge_Management/Knowledge_Discovery/Information_Visualizati
on/
http://dmoz.org/Reference/Knowledge_Management/Software_and_Tools/

I've linked them from the new category, and have asked editors from the above to make a
round-up and push the "led astray" resources into their new home :)) - duplicate
classification of URLs being not recommended by ODP guidelines.

Thanks for your attention.
