[topicmapmail] Looking for Papers on Applying TM to Web Search

I'm looking for papers, articles or even product blurbs that discuss the use 
of Topic Maps as a method for web search.  It seems to me that the future of 
the semantic web will necessarily move away from a keyword system to some 
form of Topic Maps, and I'm wondering if anyone has or knows of a good 
source for such materials?
