[topicmapmail] ANN: mapalizer (a simple TM authoring tool)

Hello everyone,

when I started to get tired of hand editing topic maps, I began
to write a (very) simple tool that generates topic maps from
plain text files (they are so much easier to edit ;-) .

It works well for me, so I like to share it. You can
