Per ANSI procedures, the ANSI accredited (January 15th, 2002) Global
Knowledge Economics Council(GKEC) has started the formal process of
accepting formal applications to join the American National Standards
committees for General Knowledge Management as well as Knowledge
Management for Homeland Security and Emergency Management. The primary
requirements for joining the committees are:

1. Representation of your organization
2. Providing feedback to the proposed standards documents
2. Active voting when a ballot is presented
