Patrick - it's a mean cruel world out there.

If I want to sell new technology I go sell it to the CFO.

He'll buy it if I can show ROI.  Once the technology is
deployed - if other departments can get added value -
super - I've done my job.

I strongly suggest you make XTM so CFO's can 
understand the ROI as a FIRST priority.

That's the whole point here.  I'm afraid this is not
the message many want to hear - but I'm not here to
sugar coat this.

A rather flat view of even B2B if all its concerns are for mapping
accounting
data. I suspect that some businesses have other data that will not produce
"one-and-only-one search results." I am sure that will be an important part
of
XML applications in B2B but certainly not obtaining the full benefit of XML
for
the B2B world.
