Chris Lilley
 
Chris Lilley works at the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). He is the lead architect for Web Fonts and for Graphics on the Web. He is also chair of the Cascading Style Sheets and Formatting Properties (CSS&FP) working group and is a member of the eXtensible Style Language (XSL) working group. Chris has contributed to the HTML 2.0, HTML 4.0 and CSS1 specifications, was co-author of the Aural CSS specification, editor of ther Web Fonts draft, and co-editor of the CSS2 specification. He was also one of the authors of the Portable Network Graphics (PNG) specification. His interests are portable-cross-platform graphics and styles, in particular cross-platform Web color management and improved multilingual typography on the Web.
