Chris Wood is a User, not a Developer of SGML systems. Following graduation in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, he worked for 10 years as an Avionics author followed by 5 years as Group Leader of Publishing Systems for British Aerospace Military Aircraft. His current role is that of Technical Publications IT Manager.

During his time in the Publishing Systems Group, he was responsible for the day-to-day development of SGML-based documentation systems, working in collaboration with CSC, British Aerospace's IT Partner. These documentation systems are used to generate and update Aircraft Maintenance Publications in support of UK and Overseas customers.

AECMA

He has spent over 5 years on the Eurofighter 2000 Technical Publications ADP Committee, and is currently a member of the AECMA Electronic Publications Working Group.
