Susanne Richter-Wills is the Manager of the largest, world-wide Xerox Document Technology Centre which offers a wide range of SGML conversion, composition and printing services as well as Internet and Authoring Services. She has been involved in the industry since 1990, having been responsible for/involved in the setting up of several major SGML applications such as the European Patent Office outsourcing operation.
