Formerly Publishing Systems Support Engineer with Raytheon Aircraft Company (Wichita KS) now working with Adobe Systems Europe.

Almost 20 years experience in aerospace technical publications at all levels.

Influenced technical publications systems during several major changes, from typewriters to wordprocessors, from wordprocessors to integrated publishing systems and finally the initial introduction of an SGML based publishing solution.

Long-standing member of the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA) Electronic Publishing Standards Committee, closely involved in the development of the GAMA EPS DTD's.

Primary goal of the GAMA DTD development effort was to ensure that documents prepared to ATA 2100 would be compliant with the GAMA equivalent, while having sufficient flexibility to accommodate legacy data. To this end the corresponding ATA DTD was utilised as a basis for it's GAMA equivalent, introducing additional features and options to ensure that legacy data would be adequately supported.

Present role covers the hands-on day-to-day support of Adobe's Publishing Products customers throughout Europe, Scandinavia and the Middle East.
