As National Accounts Manager for ArborText, Ms. Norma Haaakonstad works closely with many of the nation's largest military, automotive, heavy equipment, telecommunications, and pharmaceutical companies implementing industrial strength SGML-based information systems. Before she became National Accounts Manager, Ms. Haakonstad served as ArborText's Midwest Regional Sales Manager for five years.

Prior to joining ArborText, Ms. Haakonstad was one of the owners of Integrated Engineering Software Inc., where she ran marketing and sales operations. Before that, she was Sales Manager for Electron International, Inc. a company that develops software for electric utility applications. Ms. Haakonstad holds a degree in Business Management.
