As Manager of the Service Communications Department for American Honda Motor Co., Ms. Greaser's responsibilities include directing the writing and production of technical manuals and books, as well as expanding the international publishing program. She is part of Honda's ISIS (International Service Information System) project, which is responsible for worldwide development of an electronic service information system which will allow auto technicians to obtain complete, up-to-date information needed to repair Honda vehicles.

Before joining Honda, she was director of the commercial book program and head of publications at the Rand Corporation, a U.S. research institute. Prior to that, she was vice president and editorial director of Sage Publications, a large publisher of scholarly journals, books, monographs, and newsletters in the graduate-level Social Sciences.

Currently listed in Who's Who of American Women and the World Who's Who of Women, she also serves on the Board of Directors of GCA, and until recently was on the Board of Directors of the National Information Standards Organization (NISO), which sets standards for the U.S. library, publishing, and information science industries. In 1989, she received the Berber Award from the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation, given annually to an outstanding woman in the U.S. printing and graphic arts industries.
