Laurent Germe is the software project manager for the Rafale documentation program at Sogitec. Sogitec is a Dassault aviation subsidiary specializing in simulation and integrated logistics. The company has two main operational divisions : the Electronics Division and the Communication Division.

Communication division writes and maintains almost all Dassault Aircraft documentation including the Mirage and Rafale fighters and the Falcon series of business aircraft.

Previously, Mr Germe has headed a number of projects including Images and Text Integration (IIT).

The IIT editorial system has been used by the Camif (third largest mail order company in France) to create all their catalogs for the last two years. That system includes both a management database and a new kind of authoring software.
