Michel Biezunski is the director of High Text, a company specialized in Electronic Document Engineering. He has been serving as Chairman of the SGML Users' Group France, since its creation in 1992 until this year. Michel is the co-editor with Martin Bryan of the ISO/IEC 13250 Topic Navigation Map standard.
